Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines.
- Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensure all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly.
- Participate in continuous training: cGMP training, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.
- Detail document control (using Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Micro-clean all surfaces within the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment and floors.
- Follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detail including documentation.
- Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (variances).
- Review change to cGMP documentation and re-train.
- Aid in the cross training of other Controlled Contamination Services personnel.
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Assist in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have and be able to consistently apply communication, customer service, initiative, problem solving, standing, walking, lifting/climbing, talking/hearing, using hands to finger, handle or feel, reaching with hands or arms, up to 40 pounds, close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
