Microbiology Intern

About the role

Troy Corporation, an Arxada Company, is seeking a Microbiology summer intern to gain experience working in a Microbiology laboratory focused on preservative testing and development. The position is a 12-14 week program beginning in late May and ending in late August.

Responsibilities

• Performs assisted and/or independent research in preservative efficacy testing or development, dependent on level of experience
• Affords assistance to Microbiologists with routine testing

Qualifications

• Candidate must be actively attending an accredited University for the duration of the internship pursuing a BS or MSCandidate should hold a minimum Science GPA of 3.0
• Candidate should have at least 1 year of laboratory experience
• Candidate have completed at least an undergraduate Sophomore grade or higher

Pay

The pay for this role is $20-25 an hour
