Responsibilities
- Handle high volume litigation
- Navigate state and federal court procedures
- Apply consumer protection laws including the TCPA and FCRA
Requirements
- Member of the Florida bar
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- 5 or more years of relevant litigation experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience representing financial services institutions
