Associate - Litigation (Miami)
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a variety of cases from inception to resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for trials or settlements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft well-reasoned legal documents, including briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes in laws and legal precedents.
- Engage in pro bono work by providing legal assistance to underserved and underrepresented communities ensuring access to justice for all individuals.

Minimum Education & Experience
- JD
- Minimum 4 years of strong litigation experience across a variety of practices.
- Law firm experience is required.
- Federal court clerkship is a plus.
