About the role
As a Training Specialist at Carlisle, you will play a key role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge through various training programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to meet departmental needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with trainers and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and quality training experiences.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in training and development.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
