Much more online at: https://ftlauderdalebehavioral.com/ Essential Job Functions Collect and record patients' payments for services, assist patients in completing claims and other forms Effectively supervises clinic staff; maintains time & attendance records; payroll data; and addresses HR related issues Maintain effective working relationships with hospital staff; facilitate patient referral and admission to hospital as necessaryPerforms special assignments/projects at the request of the CFO/CEOShows empathy when communicating financial responsibilities to patients; follows-up with insurance companies on outstanding bills; and Hospitals net days in accounts receivable goals are exceeded.
