About the role
Plans, organizes and controls the planning and engineering support of all three operating divisions (AGFS, OPS, & DGO) under a market concept within a geographic area/market.
Responsibilities
- Sets up and manages the planning and engineering support for all three operating divisions (AGFS, OPS, & DGO).
- Collaborates with stakeholders to align capacity with demand, enable new business onboarding, and support expansion into new markets for scalable, sustainable growth.
- Analyzes network performance to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency.
- Leverages data insights to enhance operations, optimize capacity planning, and deliver continuous improvements that support long-term, profitable business outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience: Five (5) years related business experience in an engineering discipline, operations research or industrial management field.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of FedEx operations with strong basic management, analytical, human relations and communications skills required.
