Mgr, Engineering - Lab Operations

• In the Fremont Lab Operations Group, we are dedicated to excellence in performing technical tests and experiments for process engineering on Lam tools. We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

Include a Combination Of The Following

• Managing a team of 30 Process technicians, Process Operations Engineers and Supervisors, working 24/7, in 3 shifts in a clean room environment.
• Interface with engineers to ensure proper execution of test plans.
• Setting expectations for your group.
• Reporting on workload and tasks completion.
• Harmonizing workload within the team.
• Developing team and meeting business objectives.
• Builing trust among people and groups by ensuring honest and up-front communication; taking steps to maintain transparency.

What You’ll Do

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
• Process engineer experience in a clean room environment is a plus.

Salary

• CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $125,000.00 - $270,000.00.
• Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
