Lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. Work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the health and sustainability of the Engineering Productivity platforms
• Drive platform stability and operational excellence
• Lead strategy for self-service engineering capabilities
• Translate developer pain points into actionable platform solutions
• Define roadmap for the Internal Developer Platform
• Measure success through developer adoption and satisfaction
• Champion emerging technologies to enhance productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in software/platform engineering with improved outcomes
• 3+ years leading technical strategy and teams
• Proven experience with Internal Developer Platform (IDP) at enterprise scale
• Success in developing self-service engineering capabilities
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders

Pay

$139,455 – $188,676 annually
