What you will do
In this vital role, you will be an integral member of the Development Supply Chain team. The Supply Chain Specialist will be accountable for leading ATO Supply Chain Operations and Distribution initiatives, collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, and Process Development. You will collaborate with the Development Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing Plants to meet the ever-evolving needs of the business through development of new capabilities and process improvement projects. You will advance continuous improvement initiatives by leading building- and site-wide improvement projects including Change Control ownership. You will provide direct support for deviation investigations and CAPA implementation, manage a team consisting of FTE & EW's staff, and account for all functions - Warehouse, Receiving, Dispensing, and Distribution. You will create compelling data visualizations for communication to senior leadership using advanced reporting tools and AI-enabled processes. You will represent all Warehouse operations and functions to regulatory authorities, government agencies, and business entities as needed. You will identify, assess, and mitigate Quality, Compliance, Supply, and Safety risks. You will work with external and contracted business partners and service providers to monitor and improve performance – participate on regular Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.

- Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 3 years of Supply Chain experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Supply Chain experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Supply Chain experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Supply Chain experience
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead both direct reports and cross-functional teams; strong situational leadership skills, ability to lead staff at all levels of the organization.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with GMP operations from Manufacturing, Quality, Process Development, and / or Supply Chain perspective.
- Accountability and Autonomy: Ability to set clear goals and effectively prioritize staff workload. Operate independently and deliver high-quality work output. Understand what it means to own a process and be accountable.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems, be a thought leader, and deliver results. Able to apply DAI (Decision, Advise, Inform) model and make risk-appropriate decisions. Timely escalation of issues to mitigate risks and impact.
- Digital, Analytical and Financial Skills: Understanding of business financial concepts and ability to utilize data to drive insights and actions. Familiar with AI-based tools and how to apply AI to reduce workload, improve accuracy and efficiency, and develop novel solutions to operational and logistical bottlenecks.
- Communication: Ability to distill complex information and tailor communication in a concise, logical, audience-appropriate manner. Effective at negotiating and interacting with business entities and regulatory agencies.
Salary Range
$105,381.30USD - $142,574.70 USD
