Mgr, Digital Engineering

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full-stack engineers, focusing on delivery and maintaining technical expertise
• Provide strategic direction across teams, aligning with organizational goals
• Conduct technical solution design reviews and guide architectural decisions
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience acceptable
• 8+ years in Information Technology with a focus on customer relationship management
• 3+ years of leadership experience in IT disciplines relevant to customer relationship management or portfolio strategy
• 3+ years management experience overseeing technical project teams in applications development or similar
• Demonstrated experience managing high-performance, multidisciplinary teams

Pay

$139,455 – $188,676 annually
