  • Represent the product team throughout the development lifecycle by gathering business requirements, identifying dependencies, managing priorities, and communicating delivery status.
  • Drive product execution by balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and communicate product roadmaps, release plans, and implementation strategies while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to validate delivered functionality and ensure solutions meet business and customer expectations.
  • Leverage data, customer insights, and performance metrics to identify product enhancement opportunities and support continuous product improvement.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Build strong relationships across global business and technology teams to support successful product adoption and change management.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, digital product development, data products, Financial Crimes/KYC transformation, or a related field within financial services; additional experience preferred for Senior Manager consideration.
  • Experience delivering complex, cross-functional product or transformation initiatives, ideally involving customer data, Financial Crimes, regulatory remediation, data modernization, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of product management and Agile product development, including discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, roadmap development, writing features, user stories, testing, implementation, validation, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with customer/master data concepts, including system of record, golden records, identity resolution, data quality, data lineage, data integration, and data governance, strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of KYB/C and Financial Crimes processes, Enterprise regulatory requirements, and associated customer data needs is preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex business, regulatory, and data requirements into clear product requirements and scalable technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across multiple organizations through collaboration and strong partnerships and drive decisions in a complex environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and measurable outcomes to inform prioritization and product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex product, technology, data, and risk topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
