POSITION OVERVIEW
The Branch Manager will report to directly to the Regional Manager and will support the direct sales and P&L accountability for the branch. In addition to the growth of top line revenue and profit, the Branch Manager's responsibilities will include these areas: warehouse operations, coordinating delivery / logistics, inventory management, office support management to include deposits, credit spreads, COD, sales and marketing analyses.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH YOUR TALENTS
- Achieve branch sales and profitability plan.
- Develop and execute sales management platform for sales team.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch sales representatives to achieve personal and branch assigned sales plans.
- Maintain an ongoing, effective relationship with key customers within the local market.
- Implement sales and operations best practices at assigned branch.
- Participate in the establishment and execution of branch sales programs and support/participate in national marketing / sales initiatives.
- Oversee cash management process between the Branch and the Regional Credit department; work with Regional Credit Manager to address local customer credit/collection issues.
- Review location to ensure current facility is optimized with respect to customer service and delivery reach.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Prior sales management and operations experience preferred.
- Strategic thinking skills with strong business analytical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, especially in regards to training and employee development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated superlative leadership qualities with the ability to train and develop team members.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while setting priorities, managing diversity of job responsibilities with effective organizational skills, and working within deadlines.
- Track record of successful P&L performance and a keen understanding of what drives profitability preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in a business related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using JD Edwards preferred.
- Automotive aftermarket leadership experience a plus.
