About the role
The Warehouse Manager is empowered to be the day-to-day leader in our warehouse and keep our communities safe by ensuring customers receive the materials they need to provide clean water and heating/cooling.
Responsibilities
- Influence the team to successfully partner together, meet monthly quotas, and develop skills to further aid in their daily job tasks.
- Work cooperatively in a team within the warehouse to efficiently receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material in order to maintain inventory standards.
- Verify all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
- Properly load and unload materials from the truck and maintain inventory control.
- Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Knowledge and skills common with 4 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling and stocking.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently throughout the day.
- Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job.

Physical and mental demands
- Attendance: Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location.
- Physical Capacities: Lift up to 50 pounds frequently, sitting and standing for extended periods, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and walking.
- Operation of Office Equipment: Use of computers, copiers, and other office equipment; requires near vision, manual dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
- Oral Communication Skills: Speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition.
- Written Communication Skills: Writing, reading, written comprehension, and written expression.
