Responsibilities
The Manager, Administration oversees daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and strong organizational support. This role manages administrative staff, develops process improvements, and serves as a key resource to leadership. The Manager, Administration ensures workflows, communication, documentation, and service delivery meet organizational standards and operational objectives.
- Lead and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and workflow coordination.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Manage budget tracking, procurement, administrative reporting functions, research, data analysis, and preparation of presentations or briefing materials.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and workflows to support operational goals.
- Identify and resolve administrative issues, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, plus a minimum of 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience; Master’s degree and 4 years relevant experience.
- A combination of completed education and experience may be used in lieu of degree.

- Strong leadership and team building abilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in office software, data management tools, and administrative systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or managing cross-functional administrative operations.
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with organizational compliance.
