Mfg Tech- Plastics are responsible for working in production with consistent speed and accuracy while maintaining production standards and continuously striving to improve productivity without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Pours Urethane into molds and lines different pump parts
• Operates and maintains machinery and production line equipment
• Maintains a clean workstation and production floor
• Follows health and safety standards
• Follows production guidelines and specifications
• Finalizes and packages products for shipment
• Monitors the production line and removes faulty products
• Participates in ongoing on-the-job training to adhere to company policies
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Pulls and puts away molds and cores based on manufacturing needs
• Maintains a clean and safe environment by adhering to company safety and procedure policies

Requirements

• Troubleshoot Molding Problems
• Able to accurately read a tape measure
• Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
• Able to work as a team as well as being self-directed
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Must be able to stand, sit, and bend for long periods of time
