Advanced Manufacturing Engineer- Plastics

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Project Management: Participate in cross-functional team meetings and design reviews for injection molds, injection molding presses and associated automation equipment
• Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost: Maintain certified Lock Out (LOTO) status for safe equipment operation
• Support the GE Appliances Business Change Request (BCR) process
• Aid in developing technical specifications to ensure accurate and timely delivery of associated molds/equipment
• Support Equipment Qualification projects in Oracle Agile, ensuring deliverable dates and project status remain accurate and up to date
• Communicate within the COE team to ensure smooth plant implementation of molds and equipment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in injection molding or manufacturing engineering
• Experience working in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Project Management in a technical cross-functional manufacturing environment
• Experience working with MS Office
