MFG - HR Coordinator
About the role
The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth communication across departments and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. This role is essential in maintaining employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Cookbook job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
- Aid in candidate communication and recruitment logistics
- Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Process documentation such as benefits and payroll changes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of HR software and systems
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Prior exposure to recruitment and employee relations preferred

Benefits
Expected annual salary for this role will be $42,000-$65,000 plus eligible for an annual bonus. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
