HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate information is accurate and up to date
  • Cook up recruiting activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer administration
  • Aid with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee documentation
  • Maintain confidential employee files and HR records while ensuring compliance
  • Support HR administrative functions including employment verifications, personnel changes, and document management
  • Cook up background checks, onboarding requirements, and new hire logistics
  • Aid with HR reporting and tracking recruiting metrics
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Support ongoing HR projects, process improvements, and other administrative initiatives as needed

Ideal Background

  • 3–5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition efforts
  • Strong ATS administration experience (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Taleo, UKG, or similar)
  • Experience maintaining HR records and employee documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience
