Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate information is accurate and up to date
- Cook up recruiting activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer administration
- Aid with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee documentation
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR records while ensuring compliance
- Support HR administrative functions including employment verifications, personnel changes, and document management
- Cook up background checks, onboarding requirements, and new hire logistics
- Aid with HR reporting and tracking recruiting metrics
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Support ongoing HR projects, process improvements, and other administrative initiatives as needed

Ideal Background
- 3–5 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition efforts
- Strong ATS administration experience (Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Taleo, UKG, or similar)
- Experience maintaining HR records and employee documentation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience
