About the role

This position performs repetitive line assembly to mass-produce automotive steering columns and/or sub-assemblies following written and/or verbal specifications.

Pay

• Starting pay: $17.90 per hour
• After 30 days: $18.92 per hour
• After 6 months: $20.94 per hour
• Top out at 1 year: $23.04 per hour
• 2nd shift premium: additional $1.00 per hour
• 3rd shift premium: additional $0.70 per hour

Schedule

Shift premiums apply for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
