Methods Procedures Analyst

About the role

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development of finance policy and procedures.
• Evaluates business and user system needs.
• Assists with process improvements.
• Compiles and prepares statistical reports.
• Responds to inquiries from internal/external customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in accounting, or a Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a degree in a related field and one year of experience in accounting.
• Technical skills: EXCEL & ACCESS (intermediate level), MICROSOFT OUTLOOK, MICROSOFT WORD.
• Preferred technical skills: ASAP, FRAUD WATCH, FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, FS21, ORIS, PRODAGIO, RECONNECT, RESA SALES AUDTING SYSTEM, RESA, WEBTOP.

Qualifications

Preferred majors: BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, FINANCE. Work location: Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas), with possible remote work for candidates eligible for the Military Spouse Exemption.
