Systems Analyst

About the role

EverWatch is a government solutions company providing advanced defense, intelligence, and deployed support to our country’s most critical missions. We strengthen defenses and control environments to preserve continuity and ensure mission success. As a client-facing data analyst on our National Security team, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle.

Responsibilities

• Provide a deep understanding of client data and advise on its meaning and impact for national defense.
• Support client and stakeholder relationships using data analytics expertise.
• Research, develop, and test data methodologies, generating cross-functional solutions through advanced data processing techniques on large datasets.
• Contribute to impactful work and guide decision-making across multiple organizations.
• Simplify technical requirements and trends for diverse audiences using innovation and data analytics expertise.
• Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using databases, scripting languages, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes.
• Apply data visualization through graphs, tables, and PowerPoint slides.
• Grow communication and technical skills by merging consulting and big data to create data-centric solutions for the space intelligence mission.

Requirements

• Ability to perform data processing tasks independently.
• Ability to contribute to the advancement of data processing capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and communicate strategic guidance to the team.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph (required).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with military personnel at Buckley Space Force Base.
• Knowledge of ELINT databases within the Intelligence Community.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $36.06 to $52.90 per hour, determined by factors including location, education, skills, experience, and organizational requirements.
