Job Responsibilities
- Support the development, transfer, troubleshooting, and documentation of sensitive and reliable LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods for the analysis of pharmaceuticals and related compounds in biological matrices.
- Apply scientific principles, regulatory awareness, and hands-on laboratory expertise to generate high-quality data and support internal and external communications.
- Contribute to process improvements by supporting method development and method transfer activities, including method writing and associated laboratory work.
- Support troubleshooting across development, validation, and sample analysis.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with SOPs, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate method performance, risks, and resource needs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as a technical resource within the group, assisting with troubleshooting and training as appropriate.
- Participate in client interactions and internal cross-functional collaborations.
- Contribute to the evaluation of departmental procedures and local process improvements.
- Promote a cohesive and collaborative team environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.)
- 5 years or more of analytical laboratory experience
- 5 years or more of LC-MS/MS experience
Preferred Requirements
- Doctoral degree (Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.)
- With any lab experience
- Any version of GLP/GMP/GCP/SOP experience helpful
- Method development exposure
