We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Job description: Records gas consumption data from residential, industrial, and commercial customers using electronic remote reading device mounted in company vehicle; reports data for Marketers to use for customer billing. Performs installations and programming of ERTs. Performs basic tasks including using hand tools, corrosion inspections, meter paints, reading meters (manually and electronically). This is a bargaining unit position (IBEW Local 1997). - JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: list of duties. - Required: Education, Certifications/Licenses: High School diploma or GED; Mechanical aptitude; Basic knowledge and use of hand tools and equipment; State driver’s license; Company driving test. - Preferred: Meter reading experience Or Equivalent academic education and experience - Required: Skills & Knowledge: Customer service skills; Good written and oral communication; Ability to resolve and diffuse difficult/escalated situations; Ability to use good judgment; Mechanical aptitude; Interpersonal skills; Defensive driving skills; Operator Qualified in accordance with Company Plan - Success Factors: Executing for Results; Collaboration and Building Relationships; Learning and Thinking; Industry Knowledge/Business Acumen; Honoring Corporate Values & Standards - Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit and drive for an extended period; Physically able to stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, walk, climb ladders, and lift weights at a minimum of 20 pounds unassisted.; Must be able to regularly use hand tools, such as screwdrivers.; Must also have keen senses of smell, hearing, vision and color identification.; Ability to work in all types of terrain, around animals, and weather conditions is required. - Disclaimer: ... (boilerplate) remove. - About Southern Company Gas: description. - Southern Company description. - Southern Company invests in the well-being of its employees... benefits link. - Additional and specific details about total compensation and benefits will also be provided during the hiring process. - Southern Company is an equal opportunity employer... (EEO) remove. - Job Identification: 21636; Job Category: Gas Pipeline Operations & Maintenance; Job Schedule: Full time; Company: Atlanta Gas Light. We need to decide sections. We have: - About the role: could be the initial description (first paragraph). Could also include the "About Southern Company Gas" and "Southern Company" but those are company overview, maybe not needed? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We can combine role description and duties into "Responsibilities". Could have "About the role" as a short paragraph summarizing the job. Then "Responsibilities" as list of duties. Then "Requirements" maybe includes education, certifications, licenses, preferred experience. Then "Skills" maybe includes skills & knowledge and success factors. Then "Working Conditions" maybe as its own section? Not in the list of allowed headings: we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No explicit "Working Conditions". Could fold into Requirements or Skills? Probably better to put under Requirements as part of qualifications. Or we could create a "Qualifications" section for education/licenses, and "Skills" for skills & knowledge and success factors. Working conditions could be part of Qualifications? Might be okay to include under Requirements as a bullet list. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting mentions Job Schedule: Full time (that's schedule). It does mention schedule? It says Job Schedule: Full time. That's a specific schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that info. Benefits: there is a link to benefits PDF and statement about benefits. That's substantive: "Southern Company invests in the well-being of its employees and their families through a comprehensive total rewards strategy that includes competitive base salary, annual incentive awards for eligible employees and health, welfare and retirement benefits designed to support physical, financial, and emotional/social well-being. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as an incentive program, with the amount of any bonus/awards subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan(s). A summary of the benefits offered for this position can be found here https://seo.nlx.org/southernco/pdf/SOCO-Benefits.pdf . Additional and specific details about total compensation and benefits will also be provided during the hiring process." Thus we have benefits info. So we can include Benefits section. Pay: not mentioned specific salary, just "competitive base salary" but not a number. The instruction says never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does mention competitive base salary but not a specific figure. Is that enough? It says "competitive base salary" is a statement about pay. Might be considered stating pay? However the instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "competitive base salary" and "annual incentive awards". That is stating pay components. So we could include Pay section with that info. But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This is not filler; it's a statement. So we can include Pay. Schedule: we have "Job Schedule: Full time". That's specific. Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Qualifications not needed if we combine education into Requirements. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications allowed. Could use Requirements for education/licenses, Qualifications for preferred experience? Or combine. Let's decide: - About the role: short paragraph summarizing the job (first paragraph plus maybe bargaining unit note). - Responsibilities: list of duties from JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. - Requirements: Education, Certifications/Licenses (High School diploma or GED, Mechanical aptitude, Basic knowledge and use of hand tools and equipment, State driver’s license, Company driving test). Also maybe include Working Conditions/Physical Requirements? Could be part of Requirements. - Qualifications: Preferred: Meter reading experience Or Equivalent academic education and experience. Also maybe Success Factors? But success factors are more like competencies; could go under Skills. - Skills: Customer service skills, Good written and oral communication, Ability to resolve and diffuse difficult/escalated situations, Ability to use good judgment, Mechanical aptitude, Interpersonal skills, Defensive driving skills, Operator Qualified in accordance with Company Plan, plus Success Factors (Executing for Results, Collaboration and Building Relationships, Learning and Thinking, Industry Knowledge/Business Acumen, Honoring Corporate Values & Standards). Could list as bullet points. - Benefits: description plus link. - Pay: competitive base salary, annual incentive awards for eligible employees, possible incentive program. - Schedule: Full time. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Could include minor metadata like Job Category, Company in a short p maybe. But instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short p at end with "Job Category: Gas Pipeline Operations & Maintenance. Company: Atlanta Gas Light." But maybe better to drop as minor. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; dropping minor metadata might be okay if it's considered minor. Job Category and Company might be considered substantive? The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short p or drop it. So we can include a short p. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, disclaimer, etc. Now produce HTML fragment: only the HTML, no /, no markdown fences. We'll output something like:
