Meta Lab Store Manager

The Meta Lab Retail Store Manager position is responsible for guiding a high-performing team in delivering immersive product demonstrations and building authentic customer relationships in small-format retail locations. Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver immersive product demonstrations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 5+ years of retail sales management experience
• Proven success leading customer-facing retail teams
• Experience in high-traffic environments preferred
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Demonstrated business acumen and data-driven decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in performance management and conflict resolution
• Adaptable and self-motivated

• Flexible availability with the ability to be on-call as needed
• Physical requirements: Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk and bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp, occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs, continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
