Meta Lab Store Manager
About the role
The Store Manager at Meta Lab Retail will lead a team in high-traffic, premium shopping destinations, focusing on immersive product demonstrations, customer relationships, and business results. This role requires a customer-obsessed, tech-centric individual who can balance customer passion, people development, operational excellence, and strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Deliver immersive product demonstrations, build authentic customer relationships, and elevate every interaction into a Meta-branded experience.
- Drive sales and conversion metrics, turn traffic into engagement and revenue, analyze performance data, and maintain operational excellence.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on Meta wearable and mixed-reality products, stay current on innovations, and communicate value propositions confidently.
- Represent the Meta brand professionally in high-visibility environments, demonstrate strong communication skills, set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and provide ongoing coaching.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of retail sales management experience.
- Proven success leading customer-facing retail teams.
- Experience in high-traffic environments preferred.

Pay
Minimum Pay USD $85,000.00/Yr. Maximum Pay USD $90,000.00/Yr.
Schedule
Flexible availability with the ability to be on-call as needed.
