MES Program Lead ATSC
About the role
The ATSC MES Program Lead will be accountable for the deployment of the future state end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System solution and will lead site-based project managers, with the support of a global team of experienced Subject Matter Experts, on batch record modelling, automation integration, business standardization and quality. This role will be part of the Digital Operations and Technical Services (DOTS) organization. This position will work across all program functions / work streams and global teams to ensure smooth implementation, including solution readiness, business readiness and transition to end-state. Additionally, will be responsible for project management and governance and is a primary conduit to the Business Sponsor/Leads across PMO, JJT, and other collaborators in a partnership to ensure program objectives are achieved, interdependencies are handled, and risks mitigated.
Responsibilities
- Provides financial stewardship for the program within ATSC by partnering with cross-functional teams to validate the overall program BP/LRFP and project-level cost estimates.
- Helps ensure investment assumptions are consistently developed in alignment with global standards, best practices, and current site needs.
- Collaborates with site project leads to develop aligned, integrated project plans, timelines, and clearly defined results.
- Collaborates across sites and programs to identify and navigate interdependencies, risks, and challenges, partnering with collaborators to establish controls, effective cadence, and mitigation strategies.
- Supports the delivery of meaningful value by helping sites and the broader program achieve their intended objectives.
- Contributes to the growth and efficiency of the global program team by building capabilities aligned with ATSC priorities and local site needs while driving standardization where appropriate.
- Supports balanced cost-benefit decision-making by aligning site business priorities with global standards and long-term value.
- Partners with cross-functional collaborators (including JJT, DOTS, QA, BE, and IM MAKE MES program members) to achieve project and program objectives, advance standardization, and drive cost improvements.
- Works collaboratively with peers to align resources, timelines, and budgets across areas of responsibility, and partners with Transcend program representatives to address interdependencies and align on resolution approaches.
- Develops and delivers clear, engaging program updates for senior leaders, providing insight into program progress, trends, and future outlook.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, IT, or another related field.
- Required Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Deep knowledge of MES deployment strategy and processes.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
- Strength in interdependent partnering and team management is required.
- The ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and change management is required.
