About the role

The MES Manager oversees the management and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within the company. They are responsible for ensuring that the MES systems are aligned with business objectives, providing technical support, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of MES systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MES with other business systems
• Provide technical guidance and support to users on the proper use of MES tools
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of MES performance to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance MES functionality and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MES management or similar roles
• Proven track record of successful MES system implementations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MES software and tools
• Experience with ERP systems and their integration with MES
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
