Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney: 3rd-7th year

About the role

Coele LLP seeks attorneys with 3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal processes, and client relationships. They must also have supervisory experience and handle various M&A-related tasks for clients with complex needs.

Pay

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $420,000. Final offer amounts are dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
