About the role

Coele LLP seeks attorneys with 3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal processes and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for sophisticated clients.

Pay

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $420,000. Final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
