Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents for M&A transactions.
• Manage the deal process and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise junior associates and handle day-to-day work flow requirements for complex M&A matters.

Requirements

• High academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Qualifications

• Strong M&A skills.
• Experience with drafting and negotiating M&A documents.
• Ability to manage deal processes and client relationships.

• Proficiency in handling various M&A related tasks.

Pay

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $420,000. Final offer amounts are dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset of the candidate.
