Merchandiser - Sign-On / Retention Bonus

About the role

The Merchandiser I is responsible for executing merchandising tasks, constructing displays, stocking products, and installing promotional materials in retail accounts to support sales and display objectives. They build displays, update pricing, maintain positive customer relationships, and ensure proper product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and manage pricing within assigned territories
• Maintain strong relationships with retail customers
• Ensure products are correctly displayed and stocked
• Install point-of-sale materials as directed
• Perform general merchandising duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to maintain auto insurance
• At least 21 years old
• Physical ability to lift up to 48 lbs, walk, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
