Role Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for placing products, building displays, and collaborating with store personnel in over 17,000 retail locations, ensuring effective merchandising and customer engagement. This role involves executing resets, implementing plan-o-grams, and maintaining strong relationships with store management.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management
• Execute merchandising resets and build retail displays
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks
• Implement plan-o-grams accurately

Qualifications & Skills

• Self-starter with quick learning ability and team collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments
• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive movements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Resides within 20 miles of BEND, OR 97703
