About the role

Enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth through effective merchandising strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store layouts and product displays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising plans to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Assess store layouts and product placement to ensure optimal visibility and accessibility.
• Work closely with suppliers to manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on consumer trends and preferences.
• Present merchandising ideas to management and gather feedback for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of retail merchandising experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
