Enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth through effective merchandising strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store layouts and product displays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising plans to align with business objectives
• Assess store layouts and product placement to maximize sales potential
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure availability of products
• Monitor sales trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of retail merchandising experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Knowledge of retail industry best practices
