About the role

Enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales through effective merchandising strategies. Collaborate with store teams to ensure products are displayed attractively and in high demand.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising displays to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
• Work closely with store management to implement seasonal and promotional displays.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and company standards regarding merchandise presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust displays as necessary to maintain optimal stock turnover.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align merchandising efforts with broader business objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
