Join our team as a Merchandiser Full Time in St. Cloud. We are seeking an experienced individual to enhance our retail presence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising plans to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Assess store layouts and product placement to optimize sales performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related retail experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and techniques.
