About the role

Join Falcon Farms as a Part‑Time Flower Merchandiser. You will visit various locations within your territory, ensuring flower displays are perfectly arranged to delight shoppers. You’ll work independently while collaborating with local teams, using a planned route and provided tools to succeed on each visit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) to prepare stores for peak demand.
• Participate in department resets: setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Work independently but support teammates with special activities as needed.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.
