As a Flower Merchandiser you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store, ensuring flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. We provide a planned route, tools, and training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support festive‑season demand (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) by preparing stores for increased traffic.
• Participate in department resets, setting up new displays and adjusting inventory as needed.
• Work independently while supporting teammates on special activities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lb frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 am to 9:30 am and Saturday from 7:00 am to 8:30 am.
