Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time Flower Merchandiser. Work various locations within your territory, ensuring flower displays are perfectly arranged to delight shoppers. Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) to prepare stores for festive demand.
• Participate in department resets: setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lb frequently; ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders; walk and stand for most of the shift.
