Merchandiser - Floral

About the role

Part‑time Flower Merchandiser position with Falcon Farms, serving various locations within your territory. You will ensure flower displays are immaculate, restock and monitor inventory, interact professionally with store staff and customers, and support festive‑season preparations. Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) by preparing stores for increased demand.
• Participate in department resets: setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments as needed.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00AM TO 11:00am.
