About the role

Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time Flower Merchandiser. Work various locations within your territory, helping one of the most recognized companies in the floriculture industry bring color and joy to customers through beautiful floral arrangements. You will directly impact each store you visit by ensuring flowers are perfectly displayed to delight shoppers. Falcon Farms values quality, commitment, and teamwork, and will provide you with the tools you need, including a planned route, to succeed on every visit.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with clients.
• Work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) by preparing stores for festive demand.
• Participate in department resets: setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed, while working independently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently; ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders; walk and stand for most of the shift.

Pay

$20.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 am to 1:00 pm; Saturday: 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
