Merchandiser - Floral

About the role

Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time Flower Merchandiser. You will visit various locations within your territory, ensuring flower displays are immaculate and attractive, restocking inventory, and interacting with store staff and customers. You’ll work independently while collaborating with local teams, and receive a planned route, mobile phone allowance, and transportation reimbursement. Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) to prepare stores for peak demand.
• Participate in department resets: setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when needed.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed while working independently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lb frequently; bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders; walk and stand for most of the shift.

Pay

$16.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
