MEP Superintendent - St. Louis, MO

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and sequence the work of MEP contractors to maintain flow and prevent conflicts.
• Monitor trade performance and ensure productivity, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Facilitate MEP overhead coordination, including mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, and congested spaces.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule specific to MEP activities.
• Affirm work is completed in accordance with schedule milestones.
• Assist in development of site logistics plans to support efficient installation and minimize disruption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant MEP construction experience.
• Strong mechanical and plumbing aptitude with a deep understanding of MEP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering discipline or equivalent field experience.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
