Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day construction to replace all windows with new, more energy-efficient windows.
- Abate hazardous material adjacent to the windows.
- Restore masonry lintels and repair interior disturbed surfaces.
- Phased and scheduled work to utilize unprogrammed rooms within the occupied building.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years related experience, including all phases of multimillion-dollar construction, interior renovations, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, and infrastructure projects.
- Ability to lead all functions of construction project management, including planning, designing, processing, managing staff, supervising sub-contractors, budgeting, scheduling, progress reporting, and timely completion of projects without compromising quality & safety.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
