$150,000 - $200,000 per year

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing MEPs on a commercial construction
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team of professionals
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent decision-making skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction quality control, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
• Professional certification in project management (PMP) or a related field would be an advantage
