MEP Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction activities for Data Center, Mission Critical, and Industrial projects
• Supervise craft labor, subcontractors, and field personnel including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sheet metal trades
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, materials, and daily construction operations
• Support equipment startup, commissioning, QA/QC, and project closeout activities
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, project schedules, and safety standards
• Coverage with project management, engineering, quality control, procurement, and subcontractors to resolve field issues
• Monitor productivity, project progress, and workforce performance
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety programs

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Superintendent or construction supervisory experience on commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects
• Experience managing large-scale projects valued at $50M+ preferred
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, commissioning, and field operations
• Able to lead large teams and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
• Valid US driver’s license required
