Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial, mission‑critical, or industrial project management experience
• Mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical construction expertise
• Experience managing MEP projects or scopes valued at $10M+
• Strong knowledge of project financials, labor, and procurement
• Proven leadership and client‑management skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 – $200,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, sign‑on bonus, and relocation bonus if required.
