Key Responsibilities
- Thought Leadership on GTM Analytics: Develop AI workflows for advanced analytics and campaigns to give Menufy an outsized market advantage.
- GTM Stack Integration & Automation: Own technical integration between website, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot. Partner with SalesOps for data handoffs. Architect event tracking for closed-loop attribution. Reduce stack fragmentation.
- AI-Powered ICP Discovery & Campaign Intelligence: Extract ICP signals from Salesforce and engineering data. Create look-alike audiences. Build 'self-healing' campaigns. Own A/B test architecture.
- Hyper-Personalized Restaurant Outreach: Automate prospect digital footprint audits. Generate personalized outreach messages. Deploy AI agents for autonomous conversations. Integrate into HubSpot.
- Revenue & Pipeline Analytics: Own GTM analytics layer (pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV:CAC). Run scenario models. Flag variance proactively.
- GTM Technology Roadmap & Vendor Evaluation: Maintain technology roadmap. Evaluate new tools with 30-day tests. Be subject-matter expert on emerging AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Must-Have (Non-Negotiable):
- Hands-on GTM stack experience (built integrations between MarTech, CRM, and paid channels)
- Experience working with SalesOps/RevOps to consume Salesforce data
- Business analytics experience (FP&A, Data Science, Statistics)
- AI-fluency (OpenAI, Anthropic, agents vs. completions)
- Must-Have (Additional):
- 3-7 years in revenue-adjacent roles (marketing ops, growth marketing, paid media, lifecycle marketing)
- Built automated audience pipelines to Google Ads or Meta Custom Audiences
- Deep funnel analytics fluency
- Proactive validation mindset for integrations
- High-volume B2C/SMB experience
- FP&A-adjacent thinking (CAC/LTV models, cohort analyses)
- Good-to-Have:
- Background in management consulting or FP&A
- Experience presenting to C-suite
