About the role

We're growing fast, and we need someone who can build the systems behind that growth. This role is for an entrepreneurial builder: someone who doesn't wait for a roadmap, asks the right questions to find the real problem, and knows how to build the right system to solve it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thought Leadership on GTM Analytics: Collaborate with VP of Growth Marketing to lead thinking around tools, analysis, and approach for solving go-to-market issues using AI.
  • GTM Stack Integration & Automation: Own technical integration layer between website, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot; architect event tracking for closed-loop attribution.
  • AI-Powered ICP Discovery & Campaign Intelligence: Build look-alike audiences, self-healing campaigns, and A/B test architecture.
  • Hyper-Personalized Restaurant Outreach: Develop automated workflows for personalized outreach and deploy AI agents for autonomous prospecting.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Analytics: Own GTM analytics layer, run scenario models, and flag variances proactively.
  • GTM Technology Roadmap & Vendor Evaluation: Maintain a living roadmap, evaluate new tools, and act as internal SME on emerging GTM AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • Must-Have (Non-Negotiable):
    • Hands-on GTM stack experience: personally built integrations between MarTech tool, CRM, and at least one paid channel (Google Ads or Meta).
    • Experience working with SalesOps/RevOps to consume Salesforce data via exports or API.
    • Business analytics experience (FP&A, Data Science, or Statistics).
    • AI-fluency in using OpenAI and Anthropic for research, analysis, and building systems.
  • Must-Have (Additional):
    • 3-7 years in revenue-adjacent role spanning at least two of: marketing operations, growth marketing, paid media management, or lifecycle/CRM marketing.
    • Experience building automated audience pipelines to Google Ads Customer Match or Meta Custom Audiences.
    • Deep fluency in funnel analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or HubSpot reporting).
    • Proactive validation mindset for integrations.
    • Experience in high-volume B2C or SMB-facing environment.
    • Evidence of FP&A-adjacent thinking (CAC/LTV models, statistical analysis, cohort analyses).
  • Good-to-Have:
    • Background in management consulting or FP&A.
    • Experience presenting analytical work to C-suite stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

An entrepreneurial builder who doesn't wait for a roadmap, asks the right questions to find the real problem, and builds systems to solve it. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to present findings to executives while debugging technical errors. Views AI as a competitive advantage and manual work as a sign that a system needs to be built.
